MYO Keeps getting great feedback from our customers
We want to thank our customers and remind the team at MYO of the great job they are doing. We consistently get great feedback for the customer service and overall helpful attitude at the stores.
We would like to share some of these thoughts with you.
I just wanted to say how great it is to be served by happy and genuine people at the George Street MYO. There are days, as I have a pretty challenging job, where I just go downstairs to MYO just to get a packet of nuts or a drink if I have brought my own lunch just so I can feel good again.
The staff have never been rude or uninterested and have always provided a great standard of service.
I provided some feedback to the manager and he was just absolutely lovely and it explains why the staff are they like they are as the respect is two-way.
I work for a Federal Government Agency and we could learn from Maurice how to instill trust and respect within the team.
I just wanted to take this opportunity to provide this feedback as we live in a world where we hardly every get feedback.
